Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety standards are met to maintain physical and psychological well-being in the workplace.
  • Complete mandatory training in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate Council's values through professional interactions and teamwork.
  • Utilise Council resources responsibly and sustainably.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, including Return to Work Coordinator Certification.
  • A current Driver's Licence.
  • Proven experience in incident and claims management, human resources, and office administration.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to interpret and apply workers' compensation legislation effectively.
  • Experience with Figtree Systems software and working with external providers is desirable.

About The Role

The Return to Work Coordinator provides early intervention and rehabilitation services, focusing on effective return-to-work processes and contributing to injury prevention through health and wellbeing initiatives.

Benefits & Details
  • Package: $82,602 - $87,556 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full Time. 19-day month option through Council's flex system.
