Responsibilities- Be a pivotal player in early intervention and injury management support.
- Contribute to the development of health and wellbeing initiatives within the Council.
- Influence return-to-work outcomes and support sound business decisions.
- Engage with a collaborative team while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Adhere to the Council's Code of Conduct and relevant policies in all aspects of work.
- Promote continuous improvement to enhance community service delivery.
- Ensure safety standards are met to maintain physical and psychological well-being in the workplace.
- Complete mandatory training in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate Council's values through professional interactions and teamwork.
- Utilise Council resources responsibly and sustainably.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, including Return to Work Coordinator Certification.
- A current Driver's Licence.
- Proven experience in incident and claims management, human resources, and office administration.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to interpret and apply workers' compensation legislation effectively.
- Experience with Figtree Systems software and working with external providers is desirable.

About The RoleThe Return to Work Coordinator provides early intervention and rehabilitation services, focusing on effective return-to-work processes and contributing to injury prevention through health and wellbeing initiatives.
Benefits & Details- Package: $82,602 - $87,556 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- Hours of work: Permanent Full Time. 19-day month option through Council's flex system.
