Job description:

Abdex Industries is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at our head office in Dandenong South. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance creativity with strategy — helping design campaigns, manage digital platforms, and bring our brand to life across Australia.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Website Management: Maintain and improve our WordPress website, keeping content up-to-date and SEO-friendly.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, design, and send regular e-shot campaigns through HubSpot, including A/B testing and performance reporting.
  • CRM Management: Keep our HubSpot CRM clean, accurate, and optimised for marketing automation and lead nurturing.
  • Design & Branding: Produce creative print and digital materials such as flyers, catalogues, and product brochures that align with brand guidelines.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and company events — from logistics to on-the-day setup.
  • Social media: Develop and schedule engaging LinkedIn content that strengthens our industry presence.
  • Marketing Reporting: Track campaign performance and website analytics to support data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who's both creative and organised, comfortable working across multiple projects, and willing to learn the technical side of our products.

You'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, or design role (industrial or B2B experience a plus).
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content and design work.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar website CMS tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • An interest in learning technical products and turning them into clear, engaging content.
  • Have working rights in Australia.
