The Opportunity

If you're a Family Law Partner (or Special Counsel) with a fee base and thinking about making a move, the time is now to move.

As part of their strategy, my client is looking to appoint a senior family lawyer to their Sydney office. This is a leadership role where you will have freedom and autonomy but also the support to build a flourishing family law practice.

You will have access to a strong referral system.

The Firm

Our client is growing commercial law firm with a rising brand in the market. The partners are supportive, values led and they are all about relationships, both internally and with their clients.

It's just not about billables at this firm.

About You

You will be a Family Law Partner or Special Counsel with a fee base and strong networks.

You are some-one who is looking for a firm with the infrastructure and support to take their practice further without red tape.

Lastly, you are a lawyer who sees the value in internal referrals and knows how to capitalize on them.
