About the Role:

This is a rare chance for a talented Family Lawyer (Senior Associate level or above) to elevate their profile and play a key role in a premier Family Law practice. You'll be exposed to a broad range of complex parenting and property matters, including:

  • Binding Financial Agreements
  • Divorce and De Facto Relationship Issues
  • Property Settlements
  • Parenting Arrangements and Child Support
  • Spousal Maintenance
  • Domestic and Family Violence Matters

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Minimum 5 years PAE
    in Family Law
  • A strong and growing professional profile within the field
  • A proactive approach to business development, particularly within the Gold Coast region
  • Specialist Accreditation
    , or working towards it (highly regarded)
  • A genuine passion for Family Law and delivering client-focused outcomes
