What You Will Be Doing:

As an Associate, you will work as part of a team that provides ongoing direct mentoring while being expected to manage your own caseload with confidence, provide strategic legal advice, and advocate effectively in the Family Court. You'll work closely with barristers, draft complex legal documents, and guide clients through sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy. Strong communication, courtroom presence, and a genuine passion for family law are essential to thrive in this role.

About You:

We're looking for a dedicated Family Law Associate who's ready to thrive in a high-performing team. If you're passionate about making a difference in family law, here's what will set you up for success:

  • Minimum 3+ Years' PAE in Family Law You've built a strong foundation and are ready to take your expertise to the next level.
  • Proven Case Management & Barrister Collaboration You're comfortable running your own files and know how to work effectively with barristers to deliver outstanding outcomes.
  • Strong Advocacy & Courtroom Presence You've got the skills and experience to represent clients in the Family Court with confidence and clarity.
  • Tech-Savvy & Efficient You're proficient in MS Outlook and Word, with fast, accurate typing that keeps your workflow smooth.
  • LEAP Experience (Preferred) Familiarity with LEAP is a bonus—but not essential. We'll support you either way.
  • Genuine Passion for Family Law You care deeply about helping families through challenging times and are committed to making a meaningful impact.
