**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Trainer/Assessor to deliver Certificate III in Cabinet Making and Timber Technology.

At International College of Skills and Knowledg, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and CRICOS provider - we specialise in carpentry, painting, and construction training. **Skills & Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III in Cabinet Making (or equivalent qualification)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122)
- Demonstrated industry experience
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
- Commitment to following compliance standards, policies, and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

**Key Responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

- Deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions
- Conduct assessments in accordance with RTO standards
- Create session and training plans, supporting students in blended learning modes
- Contribute to assessment validation and continuous improvement processes
- Provide a positive and supportive learning environment
