About Cleancorp
Cleancorp is not your average cleaning company, and we're not looking for average people.
We're a 30-year-old, multi-award-winning national company, and in 2025 we made history as the first cleaning company to be named Best Places to Work by the Australian Financial Review, (and we were in the Top 10 in 2024 too).
Why? Because we do things differently, and better.
We work with some of the biggest and most recognisable brands on the planet, and they choose us because we deliver consistently high standards, with a team culture that's driven, focused and genuinely invested in excellence.
We're not a family. We're a championship team.
You'll be pushed. You'll be mentored. You'll be encouraged every single day, by managers who genuinely care and show it, not just say it.

Keeping standards sky-high
- Conduct regular audits and safety checks - nothing gets past your eye.
- Ensure Cleancorp's quality, safety and environmental benchmarks are always met.
Spotting & closing opportunities
- Quote and secure one-off and periodic work within your patch.
- You'll have sales targets - and you'll earn commission when you smash them.
Managing your territory like a boss
- Maintain CRM and audit data (Salesforce).
- Own your schedule, comms, reports, and documentation.
About You
You're organised, positive, resilient, and you love getting things done properly. You're as confident on-site as you are in a Zoom meeting, and you love working in an environment where the bar is high and the feedback is real.
