About the opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager role at our IGA store in Gatton. You will pride yourself on the integral role that you play in the development of our team culture. In this role, you can expect to work through a diverse range of responsibilities that include assisting customers, ordering and replenishing stock, rostering, team training and development, and more. This role is immediately available or as soon as possible for the right candidate.

About us:

Spanos IGA , is an owner of multiple IGA stores across southern QLD. We believe in offering only the highest quality of products to our customers, with every store featuring a wide array of fresh produce and foods suitable for a full range of dietary needs and tastes.

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting the standard where "every local is loved".
  • Assisting with ensuring that staff deliver high quality services to all customers in all areas of the department.
  • Working collectively with the store manager to assist to grow & improve the department.
  • Reviewing customer feedback and action improvement opportunities.
  • Identifying current and future customer needs by establishing excellent rapport with existing and potential customers.
