We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join our Health and Education team and play a key in driving innovative financial solutions that deliver measurable impact and sustainable growth. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor, providing clear, strategic insights that help leaders make confident decisions.
  • Drive end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to keep performance on track and deliver results.
  • Lead initiatives that promote sustainable cost management and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency across the business.
  • Support contract performance and uncover growth opportunities through robust financial modelling and analysis.

What You'll Bring

  • A degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce; CPA/CA qualifications highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in financial management within complex environments, with strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results.
