About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you'll provide end-to-end HR support across multiple business units, partnering with operational leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about people and culture.

Duties

  • Deliver generalist HR support across operations, sales, and home care teams.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Support L&D initiatives and mobile HR platform implementation.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects and continuous improvement programs.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within aged care, retirement living, or hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage remote workforce challenges.
  • Passion for people, wellbeing, and building inclusive workplace culture.
