We are currently seeking a female Community Support Worker for a position located in various areas in Perth.
Key Requirements:
- Female only
- Fluent English-speaking skills are essential – the client has specifically requested clear and confident communication.
- Confident driver – you will be required to drive the client to hospital appointments in the city.
- Flexible availability – hours will vary across weekdays and weekends (to be confirmed).
We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and committed Community Support Workers to assist NDIS clients with daily living tasks. Your role will involve providing:
Community support & care (personal care, medication assistance, domestic support)
Social engagement (appointments, outings, transport)
Meal preparation & interaction
Support in the Community (plus the opportunity to work in Supported Independent Living homes)

Requirements
English speaking
Female
COVID-19 Vaccination – Fully vaccinated (all 3 doses required)
NDIS Worker Clearance (Mandatory)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (Valid)
Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle (Willing to travel)
Cert III or higher in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Mental Health, or similar
NDIS Commission & Safeguard Certificates (4 online training modules)
Strong communication & documentation skills
Commitment to person-centered care
Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English
Preferred (but not essential): Influenza vaccine

Pay: $43.22 – $43.23 per hour
