Cahoots’ Kerem Adventure Camp provides fun and safe activities for a broad range of participants.
This role is responsible for the delivery, supervision of and overall quality of the experience provided to participants engaged in Kerem activities. The role promotes Kerem Adventure Camp by providing friendly, courteous, and professional service, identifying participant needs and acting with the appropriate solution to meet their requests. Being proactive and recognising moments of opportunity to provide exceptional customer service is foremost in this role.
This role works closely with the Activities Manager, and the rest of the Kerem team to ensure these high standards are maintained, and participants enjoy all activites.

- High/Low ropes
- Climbing Wall
- Orienteering
- Team Games
- Zorb Ball
- Water Works
- Treasure Hunt
- Archery
Safety is the highest priority at Cahoots’ Kerem Adventure Camp. This role supervises activities in line with company policies and occupational health and safety guidelines, addresses risk management during delivery of activity programmes and correctly reports any existing or potential safety concerns.
You will assist in maintaining equipment to a high standard and ensures adequate inventory of program related supplies and equipment
You will ensure smooth Camp operations and good time management setup and pack down of activities, furniture, and general cleaning.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Well-developed personal and team leading skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Senior first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
- Aquatic Supervisor Qualification
- Qualifications relating to outdoor activities, group facilitation.
- Experience working with children and people living with disability, and / or from First Nations’ backgrounds.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bullsbrook, WA 6084: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
