Job Title: HR, Training and OHS Supervisor

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of compliance regulations? Do you thrive in ensuring organizational policies and practices align with legal requirements? We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR and Compliance Supervisor to join our team and ensure HR operations are conducted with utmost adherence to compliance standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inductions for incoming and current employees
- Recruiting new workers and on-boarding them into our system
- Oversee accommodation of around 200 workers who live on site, ensuring maintenance is reported and rooms are kept clean and undamaged
- Pastoral care support for our large number of workers on site
- Keep first aid stations, fire extinguishers and emergency signage up to date with current standards
- Onboard new contractors and keep in communication with current contractors who have workers on site
