**Job Description** We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Coordinator to join our passionate team at Maven Dental Maroochydore on a Casual or Part-time basis 3 - 4 days per week**

**What You'll Do**:

- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, making them feel comfortable and at ease.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the dental practice calendar, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including updating personal information and treatment details.
- Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with financial processes, such as processing payments, managing insurance claims, and discussing treatment costs with patients.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and workflow between the front office and clinical areas.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and front office.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous dental experience. You should be familiar with dental terminology, procedures, and general dental practice operations.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with dental practice management software.
- A friendly and positive attitude, even in highpressure situations, to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, as you'll be working closely with both clinical and administrative staff.
