The Position:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Officer to join our team.

Key responsibilities include verifying patient admission coverage, ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process, organising documentation, and creating patient files. You will consistently represent the hospital with professionalism and compassion. To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised, enthusiastic professionals with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Ability to provide patient administration services
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage several databases ensuring precise data entry.
  • Ability to work autonomously (or in a team environment).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven organisational skills and initiative
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to uphold and promote the Ramsay Way core values.

Remuneration:

Base Hourly Rates in accordance with Enterprise Agreement + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Frances Perry House is a leading private maternity and women's health hospital in Melbourne. The hospital accommodates 93 beds including surgical and maternity units, Level 4 Special Care Nursery, 6 birthing suites, 4 operating theatres, a day surgery unit and urodynamics procedure room.
