As a Senior Scholarship Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students' academic journeys through effective scholarship administration. You'll have the opportunity to streamline processes, enhance customer service, and contribute to the University's strategic goals. Working in a dynamic team environment, you'll develop your skills in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage Scholarship Programs: Oversee the end-to-end administration of scholarship activities, including applications, selections, and reporting.
Drive Process Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to business activities and processes based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Ensure Service and Operational Excellence: Contribute to meeting agreed service levels and standards while providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
Foster Positive Work Environment: Contribute to a professional atmosphere that promotes quality, innovation, and teamwork.

You may also:
Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for diverse audiences.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team and independently under pressure.
Excel in using business enterprise systems and MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Show a commitment to continuous professional development and adaptability to change.
Have experience in providing high-quality customer service in a multicultural environment.

Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation . This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.
Scholarships and Bursaries is part of Student and Scholarly Services and is responsible for the end-to-end management of over 150 University-wide scholarship programs for undergraduate, graduate, and research students, and the delivery of student payments and scholarship services on behalf of other divisions within the University.
