As a Senior Scholarship Officer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students' academic journeys through effective scholarship administration. You'll have the opportunity to streamline processes, enhance customer service, and contribute to the University's strategic goals. Working in a dynamic team environment, you'll develop your skills in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Scholarship Programs: Oversee the end-to-end administration of scholarship activities, including applications, selections, and reporting.

  • Drive Process Improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to business activities and processes based on analysis and stakeholder feedback.

  • Ensure Service and Operational Excellence: Contribute to meeting agreed service levels and standards while providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.

  • Foster Positive Work Environment: Contribute to a professional atmosphere that promotes quality, innovation, and teamwork.

  • Excel in using business enterprise systems and MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.

Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation . This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.

Scholarships and Bursaries is part of Student and Scholarly Services and is responsible for the end-to-end management of over 150 University-wide scholarship programs for undergraduate, graduate, and research students, and the delivery of student payments and scholarship services on behalf of other divisions within the University.
