Full-Time Sous Chef (Functions) & Chef de Partie (CDP)

Sous Chef – Functions & Events Focus

We're seeking a highly organized and experienced Sous Chef to lead our functions and events kitchen operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high-volume environments, has a sharp eye for detail, and can deliver exceptional food experiences for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all culinary aspects of functions, from prep to execution
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Events Manager to plan menus tailored to client needs
  • Lead a dedicated functions team, ensuring smooth service and timely delivery
  • Maintain consistency and quality across plated, buffet, and canapé-style service
  • Manage ordering, prep schedules, and kitchen logistics for multiple events
  • Uphold food safety, allergen protocols, and dietary requirements with precision

  • Proven experience in functions, banquets, or large-scale catering
  • Strong leadership and time management skills

Chef de Partie (CDP)
