Our kitchen has just gone through major renovations to create a kitchen the top chefs dream of

Our venues include Fancy Hank's, a long-standing BBQ institution, Good Heavens, a bustling rooftop cocktail bar and Springrock, a modern pub serving counter-meals. Join our team as we take on the new and exciting challenge of cooking for three venues; barbecue, elegant canapes and modern pub classics.

The person we're looking for has

  • Passion for both cooking and learning
  • Minimum 3 years experience for CDP ,Minimum 1year experience for Commis chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working with medium to large teams
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Candidates may apply for either CDP or Commis positions
  • Preference for American BBQ or wood-fired cooking experience.
  • A great work ethic
  • The ability to work within a tight-knit team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A documented history of stable employment
  • Must provide employment references to demonstrate employment history
  • The ability to work in Australia
