About the role
AGL's Project Delivery team
have an exciting opportunity for a
Document Systems Specialist.
Reporting to the Projects Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for providing document systems support including guidance on document management policies, processes, data structures and document naming conventions.

The role includes some work in managing CAD files and physical record management as well as providing support for the establishment and maintenance of the SharePoint site.

What you'll be doing:

  • Draft, review and promulgate document management policies and processes
  • Resident expert in the Document Management System
  • Provide guidance on document management system file structures and naming conventions within the Document Management System
  • CAD drawing management
  • Physical document management
  • Establish and maintain the AGL Operations SharePoint site including liaison with operations staff to provide a user-friendly interface for accessing required documents

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Basic AutoCAD skills
  • Analytical and conceptual skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Solid experience in Document Management Systems
  • Experience with CAD drafting processes and AutoCAD
  • Technical awareness in renewable energy is desirable
  • Experience working with SAP and Open Text is advantageous
