Expression of Interest - I-TeleRAD Doctor Rostering and Resourcing Specialist

Location: Mount Waverley/Remote

We are seeking expressions of interest for an organised, detail-focused, and proactive individual to join our team as a Doctor Rostering and Resourcing Specialist within I-TeleRAD.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our doctors are well supported across rostering and shift enquiries. The successful candidate will help drive efficient service delivery and strengthen engagement across our doctor cohort.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the preparation, release, and ongoing updates of doctor rosters across for doctors based in Australia and overseas.
  • Reviewing rostering data and analytics to ensure sufficient coverage, proactively identifying potential gaps, and optimising scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with radiologists to foster engagement and collaboration.
  • Demonstrating the ability to shift priorities, adapt easily to changing demands.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in healthcare or professional services.
  • Confidence working with complex rosters and rostering systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with Radiologists and colleagues.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
