About the rol

eAs an Account Lead you will be responsible for providing clients with a specialised recruitment solution based on the service offering. You will also be in charge of managing requisitions and leading an offshore team. Your role is to achieve business targets by providing leadership in operations and by developing, supporting, and motivating your team. This is a full-time, onsite position at the client's office

    t: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and their first point of escalation for operational issues. You will manage requisitions and provide valuable insights to the client. You'll be onsite to meet with the client weekly and will be responsible for ensuring yourself and your team meets all KPIs and SLAs.
