- Identify gaps in information and proactively seek clarity to support informed decision-making
- Monitor subcontractor performance and manage associated risks.
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to procurement capability development across the team.

The right candidate will be a proactive and commercially minded procurement professional with a strong ability to operate in dynamic and complex environments. You should possess:
- A tertiary qualification in commerce, law, supply chain or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in procurement or supply chain roles within defence, manufacturing, resources or high-end maintenance sectors.
- Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, category management and contracting.
