About the role

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Food Factory Process Worker to join our dynamic production team. You'll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where quality, teamwork, and attention to detail are key.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure consistent product quality
  • Perform various assembly and processing tasks as part of the manufacturing workflow
  • Adhere to all safety and quality control procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Assist with cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and work areas
  • Collaborate with the production and quality team to identify and resolve any issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • De-boxing, weighing, and preparing ingredients for production runs
  • Packing finished products with care and precision

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Understanding of food safety and quality control practices
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to get to and from work reliably (own transport and valid driver's licence required)
