What You'll Do

·       Serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants

·       Schedule and conduct open homes with professionalism and enthusiasm

·       Manage the entire leasing process from advertising to application processing

·       Keep property listings accurate and up to date across platforms

·       Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong communication

·       Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless landlord and tenant experience

What You Bring

·       Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate

·       Strong customer service and communication skills

·       Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or sales is highly preferred

·       Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

·       Familiarity with leasing software and CRM systems

·       A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
