About the role
As a Factory Supervisor at The Spring Waterman', you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bottling facility in Carrara, Queensland. This full-time position requires a hands-on approach to managing a team of production workers, and delivery drivers to ensure safe workflows to meet our business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Monitor production processes and quality control measures to identify and resolve any issues
- Organise daily our drivers and their delivery routes
- Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and other relevant information
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
- applicant must live on Gold Coast
- Have experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar manufacturing leadership role
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in using manufacturing software and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
