What your day will be filled with

Sales Service

Be the friendly face & voice of the business. You love to help prospective customers who have questions to ask and are looking for straightforward and easy to understand products and services we offer.

Communication

Communicate professionally with customers and business representatives as required.

Teamwork

Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team environment.

Administration

Update customer and product records in our Ai integrated sales CRM system, keeping accurate records of all telephone, txt, email and online chat conversations.

About the role:

Our full-time positions are available in our busy call centre, so a love of being on the phone is essential.

We offer full-time permanent work38 hours per week, including up to one Saturday per fortnight roster. We are happy to discuss altered hours especially compatible for working parents and university students for the right candidate

Excite Labs utilises Ai for inbound and outbound call handing so you will find yourself handling the sales closing for AI-generated "ready to buy" customers. It's an opportunity to learn Ai technology as part of your career progression.

It's a Gold Coast based role so we are looking for locals.

Do you have Call Centre, Hospitality, Fast food, or Retail experience but no auction experience? Don't worry; we can teach you what you need to know. We have our own 'university' called the Family First Academy where we have over 30 courses from Induction, Ai, valuations, fine art and luxury, auctioneering, sales calls, vehicle consigning, consumer consigning, running an auction centre, leadership, performance management and even media management.
