About the Opportunity

Join a high-impact team driving digital transformation in healthcare. Our Supply Chain Technology Team plays a pivotal role in the broader ecosystem of a large health service by aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver better outcomes for hospitals, patients, clinicians, and operational teams.

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion to help lead the transformation of our supply chain systems across the state. This is your opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in one of the largest health services by modernising how supply chain functions support clinical and operational outcomes.

In this role, you will contribute to:

• Digital Transformation within Supply Chain within the areas of Contracts Management, Catalogue Management, Product Tracking to Patients and other initiatives as required by the team.
• Oracle Fusion Implementation in various areas within Oracle Fusion and assist the team as required by the Program.
• Support & Continuous Improvement initiatives with your extensive experience within Oracle Fusion, Contracts Management, Catalogue Management and Product Tracking within a Clinical environment.

This role is internally referred to as Senior Digital Specialist – ERP.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive Hands-On Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud application within the areas of Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Extensive experience in the process definition and automation in most of the below key areas including Contracts Management, Catalogue Management, Product Management and Tracking in Clinical environment, Supplier Collaboration, Integration with GS1, Mobile applications in supply chain, Pathology Billing, Patient Billing and their integration with Oracle Fusion.
• Advanced Stakeholder Engagement to lead workshops and engagement efforts to elicit business requirements, estimate effort, and drive business change.
• Demonstratable experience in Application Support - Manage and execute application support activities, including user engagement, incident management and ensuring strategic alignment with governance structures.
• Excellent Team player, eager to learn new concepts and support others in their journey.
• Comfortable in writing specification and other documents as required by the program.
