We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Recruiter to join our team based in Notting Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to establish or further develop their career within the recruitment industry.

Whether you are seeking a transition from evening or weekend work, or simply looking for a fresh professional challenge, this role offers a supportive environment and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and general enquiries
  • Manage candidate and client compliance documentation and data entry
  • Coordinate and maintain staff rosters
  • Support the maintenance of internal systems and records
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assist with sourcing activities
  • Ensure adherence to WHS and compliance requirements
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary package: $60,000–$65,000 + superannuation, dependent on experience
  • Permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
  • December Black Out Period
