About the role:

As a Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be the go-to and support for the store's senior leadership team. You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.

Bunnings Chadstone are looking for a Full-time Administration Supervisor to work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations, from managing phone and in-person inquiries to assisting with administrative tasks.

What's involved:

• Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and professional manner
• P er form general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record keeping
• Assist with scheduling, ordering supplies, and maintaining office inventory
• Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
• Managing and coordinating stock effectively.

Who we're looking for:

Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team. You will have previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, have open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others.
