The Mission

We are currently recruiting for Part Time Stock Keeper to join our store team.

Reporting to the Store Manager and working closely with the Logistics manager, the Stock Keeper will be responsible for managing stock movements and storage of inventory at store level. The Stock Keeper role will operate on a Monday-Friday Roster (20 hours a week).

  • Manage all stock movements accurately in and out of store
  • Ensure all stock rooms are well kept & easily accessible
  • Conduct product quality checks and pricing on receipt of goods
  • Organise and coordinate seasonal price changes
  • Report to Store Manager and Team Leader to ensure store team is following company's procedures and policies in the area of stockroom maintenance, stock transfers and loss & prevention
  • In collaboration with the Store Manager, ensure efficient management of stock
  • Work in collaboration with the store management team to achieve inventory management excellence/ accuracy
  • Assist with transferring merchandise between boutiques/ warehouse according to company procedure and during stock rotation and EOSS returns for all VIC stores
  • Work closely with Logistics ensuring delivery schedules are in line with store requirements
  • Work with Logistics on ad hoc projects oriented the improvements of stock management processes and procedures
  • Ensuring SAP movements are accurate, and discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner in collaboration with Boutique Manager, for example resolving negative quantities
  • Pick and pack e-commerce orders on an ongoing basis. Support all VIC stores in the picking and packing process during EOSS period
  • Support Customer Service in e-commerce related tasks e.g. processing returns during peak season

About You

  • Previous experience managing inventory and processing stock on a store level
  • Understanding of a retail environment
  • Experience in dealing and handling of luxury product of advantage
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • SAP experience is desirable or experience with a retail management system
