At SolarBright, we've been helping Australian families and businesses reduce their energy costs since 2008. As a trusted leader in solar energy, skylights, and solar roof ventilation, we're expanding and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated sales professionals to join our team.

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to engage customers, present energy-saving solutions, and guide them through the journey of purchasing solar and other SolarBright products.

What We Offer

  • $150K+ (Base salary and commission) + Super + Company Car + Phone

  • Uncapped commission structure

  • Warm leads provided through active marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations (leads provided)

  • Present tailored solar solutions to residential and commercial clients

  • Prepare quotes and close sales professionally and ethically

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver post-sale support

  • Stay current with solar products, rebate programs, and industry trends

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience (solar or in-home sales highly regarded)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • High levels of motivation, integrity, and professionalism

  • Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections with confidence

  • Basic understanding of solar technology and energy savings (training provided)
