Prestons, Australia Fox Relocations Full time

Fox Relocations is seeking a skilled and well-organized Senior Relocation Consultant to join our team at our Prestons branch on a full-time basis. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take charge of inbound and outbound sales, and work autonomously while still being an integral part of our tight-knit team.

To excel in this role, you'll need to have excellent customer service skills, top-notch time management, organizational and prioritization skills, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy. A professional phone manner, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well both independently and in a team are also key.

While previous experience in removals is an advantage, it's not essential as we provide full and comprehensive training. You'll need to be goal-oriented and driven to meet KPIs and targets, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year (or hourly rate)

**Experience**:
Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
