NPM Events is looking for a passionate employee to join our growing team within the events and Wedding world.

We are currently seeking a full-time Event & Sales Coordinator to manage bookings and the day to day operational aspects of the business. The role involves some styling elements, mainly through styling concepts and styling briefs. There is also weekend work involved due to the nature of our work and being onsite for co-ordination and brining our clients visions to life.

JOB TYPE: Full-time (9.00am - 5.00pm) Monday to Friday and every 2nd weekend rostered on. Discussions around shifts made at Interview.

LOCATION: Prestons NSW

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- A passion for all things events

- Sales and account management
- Invoicing and quoting
- Setting and attending showroom meetings or Zoom consults
- Follow up quotes and sales
- Arranging schedules of jobs each week
- Taking payments
- Generating wedding and corporate leads
- Go the extra mile to drive sales
- Cross/Upsell sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer care
- Attention to detail and customer needs and requirements
- Establishing new business

Preferred but not essential:

- Two years experience within the industry
- Passion for wedding and event design and production

**Skills**:

- Ability to work in a high pressure environment & prioritise tasks
- Strong organisation & multi-tasking skills
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Being able to close sales at a high rate
- Drivers License. Own vehicle preferred
- Able to work some weekends
- Able to work back to ensure all events are under control for the weekend ahead if required
- A high degree of self motivation and ambition
- Able to work in a team environment and independently
- Customer service focus
- Confidence
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,449.00 - $58,000.00 per year
