What You'll Do

  • Reporting to the Technical Manager - Implementations, you'll take ownership of end-to-end system configuration for new payroll implementations. That includes:
  • Running discovery sessions with clients to gather payroll requirements
  • Configuring platforms to award and business rules
  • Performing data imports, testing, and validation
  • Supporting clients through pay run testing to go-live
  • Collaborating with project managers to keep delivery on track

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in payroll implementation, payroll processing, or a similar technical role
  • A sound understanding of Modern Awards and payroll compliance
  • Great attention to detail and confidence working with data
  • Excellent communication skills — you know how to engage clients and manage expectations
  • A proactive mindset: you love solving problems and getting things right the first time
