About the Role

As a HRIS Implementation Consultant at Lucent Advisory, you'll play a vital role in implementing HR systems. Your expertise will help businesses manage their HRIS implementation journey seamlessly. If you have a passion for technology, and client service, this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Employment Hero HR implementations following our implementations procedures and standards, as well as providing support where required.
  • Meet with clients to discuss the HR build, including gathering requirements and conducting the system walkthrough.
  • Be the first point of contact for client queries on the HR build.
  • Provide suggestions and advise how the system can be catered to meet the client's needs
  • Monitor the Implementation budget and work with the Project Manager to communicate with the client when items are out of scope
  • Complete other duties as part of the build as required.

About You

You are an exceptional communicator with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You have a passion for technology, with a strong understanding of compliance and a client-centric mindset.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a HRIS Implementation role
  • Track record of having worked with systems and tools related to HRIS implementation and ability to learn new tools on demand
  • Experience with Employment Hero HRIS would be advantageous
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships and deal with a wide client portfolio.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service and building strong business relationships.
