Sales Director (Australia)

About the role

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to drive expansion, build new revenue streams, and explore emerging sales channels.

You will be responsible for leading and executing the company's sales strategy across direct selling and new growth channels. This role will focus on expanding the client base, increasing revenue, and identifying opportunities in adjacent channels such as digital commerce, partnerships, and HCP channels. The Sales Director will play a critical role in shaping the commercial direction of the business and driving sustainable, scalable growth.

About You

  • Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles within the supplement, FMCG, wellness industries.
  • Strong understanding of direct selling business models, with experience in expanding distributor and customer networks.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Experience exploring and establishing new channels (e.g., digital commerce, retail, partnerships).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate large, diverse teams.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.

Business Development Manager (Malaysia)

About the role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Malaysia market. This role will focus on building strong relationships with distributors and partners, driving sales growth, and identifying new opportunities.

You will
develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share in Malaysia. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring alignment on sales and marketing initiatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions, to achieve sales targets and report on performance metrics to senior management.

  • Proven track record in business development with measurable success in sales growth.
  • Solid understanding of the complementary medicine industry and regulatory environment in Malaysia.
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
