We are looking for a Head of Distribution for each location below. These are newly created roles as the business grows and an exciting time to join

As the Head of Distribution for your state you will lead the development and execution of effective sales strategies for Angle Finance, ensuring we are engaged with the market, delivering the best outcomes for our brokers, customers and for Angle. 

You are responsible for developing and leading a high-performing state-based sales team that exceeds sales targets through executing against the Sales Playbook and agreed sales strategy. 

You'll also be responsible for managing key state-based aggregator and broker relationships.

You will:

  • Train, coach and ensure high performance of BDM's within the owned region/state.

  • In collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer, set individual BDM targets to achieve KPI's.

  • Develop and implement state-based sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Identify new market opportunities and business development areas.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners within region or state.

  • Manage sales budgets and control expenses.

  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and adoption across the team.

  • Own sales targets for the state and ensure each team member meets or exceeds sales quotas.

  • Proactively collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation.

What you bring:

  • Comprehensive experience in sales and an established profile in the Asset Finance Industry.

  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams that consistently achieve sales targets.

  • Highly commercial and pragmatic, with a strong understanding of the industry, market and customer needs.

  • Ability to develop and implement short and longer-term sales strategies that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.

  • A strong leader who gives constructive feedback and personal commitment to coaching others.

  • Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with Executives, leaders and external partners to achieve business objectives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication with a growth mindset.

  • Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced business where change is constant.
