  • We're launching across Australia and New Zealand and seeking an experienced arbitration leader to establish and oversee our national arbitration framework.

Role Overview

As
Head of Arbitration (Australia)
, you will lead the design, accreditation, and operational oversight of SecureFlow's arbitration system under Australian law. You will collaborate with the compliance, product, and legal-engineering teams to ensure our digital arbitration process remains credible, compliant, and enforceable across all jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain SecureFlow's Australian arbitration framework in alignment with
    the Commercial Arbitration Act 2010 (NSW)
    and equivalent state legislation.
  • Recruit and accredit a panel of certified arbitrators.
  • Oversee dispute intake, assignment, and ruling workflows via the SecureFlow platform.
  • Collaborate with engineers to refine digital evidence handling and procedural automation.
  • Develop ethical and procedural standards ensuring fairness, neutrality, and enforceability.
  • Represent SecureFlow in legal-tech and ADR networks to build institutional trust.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 10 years in dispute resolution, arbitration, or commercial litigation.
  • Accredited under the
    Resolution Institute
    or equivalent body.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation in law or fintech.
  • Proven leadership in establishing or managing arbitration/ADR frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
