The Business

The Marina Mindarie, voted Best Hospitality Venue in WA in 2017 & 2019, is home to a number of award-winning venues, as well as a hotel. We are currently seeking staff to fill F&B all rounder positions at Pavilion, Cabana Pool Bar, Indian Ocean Brewing Co. and The Boat

The Marina Mindarie offers free parking, staff meals, and a dynamic working environment where no two days are the same, working with a fantastic group of people right on the waters' edge.

Positions Available

We are always seeking experienced staff, however we are willing to train the right people with the right attitude. We are actively recruiting for Indian Ocean Brewing Co, and The Boat, however there will be opportunity to work in other venues moving into spring & summer.

  • Casual Wait staff & Bartenders / F&B All rounders - All Venues

    We prefer experienced staff for our F&B roles, however we actively seek out those that may not have any experience, but their positive attitude and eagerness to learn makes up for this. If this is you, please apply.

About you:

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Current RSA, food handling certificate

- Full Australian working rights

- Previous experience in a similar venue highly regarded

- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays, including NYE, Christmas day
- Junior F&B Assistants - Indian Ocean Brewing Co. We also have a small number of junior positions available for F&B assistants, for people 16 years and older.

About you:

- Must hold, or be able to attain, a current food handling certificate

- Full Australian working rights

- Available on weekends and during school holidays

- Genuinely enjoy interacting with people, and a desire to learn and grow as an F&B professional.
