**The opportunity**:
As the Centre Manager you will oversee the daily operations of your Centre, including but not limited to: guiding and mentoring a medium - large team of Educators, supporting and upholding the Centres policies, procedures, philosophy and regulations, perform administration tasks, develop collaborative partnerships with families and the community and most importantly ensure the highest quality of education and care is transferred throughout.

**What you’ll bring**:
- Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equiv)
- A excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations is essential
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience in CCS software (Xplor and OWNA highly regarded)
- Previously held the position of Centre Manager with proven operational success for a minimum of 2+ years
- Previously held the position of Centre Manager or 2IC and Responsible Person
- You must hold a current, First Aid certificate, WWCC, up to date immunisation and Police Clearance
