Our impressive Anchorage Facility is located in the heart of the northern oceanside suburb of Mindarie. Anchorage provides a host of well-appointed amenities, with state-of-the-art equipment to make your life and the life of our residents easier. Our friendly and compassionate team are seeking Assistant's in Nursing to join our ranks.

**About You**

You should ideally be an empathetic person who has:

- A positive and friendly personality with a passion for assisting our residents to maintain their quality of life.
- The ability to engage with team members, other professionals, and a wide range of people with both a high level of verbal and written communication.
- The capacity to inspire trust and enjoys interacting with the elderly.
- A focus on delivering excellent customer service to residents, their families, and other external parties.
- Flexibility and can be available on short notice for varied shifts across all days the week.

**About the Role**

The role will be centred around providing a high-quality lifestyle for residents that aligns with individual resident choices and best practice. You will be making a real impact on residents’ lives, by providing respectful and safe assistance with:

- Daily and meaningful activities.
- Medication administration.
- Mealtimes in line with Aegis’ Excellence in Dining strategy.

**Requirements of the Role**
- A certificate III in Aged Care (or higher/equivalent).
- Full Australian working rights and able to pass a national police clearance.
