About the role and our client

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Asset Manager to join a leading property developer with a global portfolio of residential and commercial projects. The Asset Manager will be pivotal in developing and overseeing preventative maintenance plans, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Asset Management Strategy Development: Responsible for developing the annual asset management strategy, lease pricing, and adjustment plans.
  2. Lease Operations Management: Manage leasing agents and other media resources, conduct lease negotiations, and execute lease agreements and other legal documents, ensuring to prevent and address breach of contract risks.
  3. Asset Renovation and Transformation: Based on leasing needs, organize relevant departments within the company to develop asset renovation and transformation plans.
  4. Post-Asset Operation Evaluation: Responsible for accumulating management experience, managing asset operation and renovation experience, creating an information database, and promoting continuous asset value enhancement.
  5. Property Operations Management: Responsible for on-site operational maintenance, responding to tenant needs in a timely manner, coordinating with third-party property service agencies, and ensuring the quality of building services.

Requirement:

  • Relevant bachelor qualifications in Property, marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in managing commercial assets and complex management contracts. Proven ability to accurately understand and execute asset operation strategies.
  • Candidates from both leasing companies and development companies are welcome to apply.
  • Strong coordination skills, able to organize resources effectively and drive key tasks like asset renovation and leasing operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficient in English for internal and external communication.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to local market regulations and requirements.
