Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Facilitate Invoice Finance transactions relevant to customer requirements, reviewing and monitoring all relevant information
  • Balance/reconcile customers end of month ledger to bank records
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to our customers, responding to queries
  • Meet daily service level agreements and KPI's
    Assist in delivering customer and process improvement initiatives

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Knowledge of products is advantageous i.e., cash flow solution (Invoice Finance)
  • High attention to detail
  • Sound decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ideally a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Accounting
