- Curate and update playlists for self-directed learning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials are relevant, accessible, and meet the needs of diverse global audiences.

You excel at meeting learning needs through engaging, scalable learning experiences that focus on practical application and have clear, meaningful impact. With a hands-on mindset, you bring fresh thinking and a focus on modern, practical solutions that help leaders grow, adapt, and thrive.
You will have:
- Experience developing learning materials, toolkits, and digital resources for leadership development, ideally within a large corporate environment.
- Strong capability in operationalising learning programs, including communications, templates, playbooks, and LMS support.
- Understanding of adult learning and experience design, with a focus on translating outcomes into practical, engaging learner experiences.
- Curiosity and interest in emerging learning technologies and trends shaping leadership development.
- Solid communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate diverse stakeholder relationships.
