Your Role: Social Media & Content Intern

Love TikTok? Always spotting the latest trend before your friends? Got a knack for making videos that stop people mid-scroll? We're on the lookout for a creative, social-media-obsessed
Social Media & Content Intern
to join our team.

This is a
3-month unpaid internship (2–3 days a week, Mon/Wed/Fri, 9–5 in-office)
, with the chance to roll into part-time or full-time work if you smash it.

You'll research trends, brainstorm hooks, edit content, and help us deliver scroll-stopping, high-performing creatives for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Trend Research & Ideation

  • Spot TikTok, Reels, and Meta trends and turn them into content ideas.
  • Brainstorm and pitch creative hooks that grab attention fast.

Content Creation & Editing

  • Edit short-form videos (CapCut preferred – think captions, transitions, trending sounds).
  • Repurpose trending formats into brand-friendly content.

Content Support

  • Help prep and assist on content shoots (in-office or on location).
  • Support with content scheduling and publishing (we'll teach you Meta Business Manager).
  • Collaborate with the team to bring ideas to life.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Creativity and originality of content ideas.
  • Timeliness and quality of video edits.
  • Contribution to campaigns that boost engagement.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to tools, processes, and feedback.

Requirements

  • You live and breathe social media – TikTok, Insta, Reels, Meta.
  • A creative eye and an understanding of what makes videos go viral.
  • Basic editing skills (CapCut preferred; Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar also handy).
  • Keen to learn tools like Meta Business Manager.
  • Organised, reliable, and up for working in-office 2–3 days a week.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.

Availability:
Internship, 2–3 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri, 9–5). Duration: 3 months, with potential for part-time or full-time role if successful.
