As a Reception Assistant, you will:

• Assist in the delivery of effective and efficient services to guests, ensuring that guest experiences exceed expectations and compliments the centre
• Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to processing catering orders, assisting in end of month financial reporting, and organising the purchasing of all stationery and equipment
• Assist with the roster to ensure adequate staff coverage
• Ensure a high-level of customer service, adhere to all quality requirements

To be successful, you'll have:

• Completion of an Associate Diploma level qualifications with relevant work experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; or
• Completion of a post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant and on the job training; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry, suppliers, and systems (use of property management system with an understanding of online booking channel manager systems)
