Responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent _customer service_
- Good _computer_ skills
- Excellent _patient management_; building rapport and relationships with clients
- Provide _sterilisation and infection control solutions_
- Assisting dentists during procedures, ensuring the appropriate instruments and materials are readily available
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-stocked
- Managing front office enquiries of the practice and being the first point of contact between patients and the practice.
- Processing HICAPS and accounts, end of day reconciliation.

About you
- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Reliability, proactivity, and self-motivation
- Have a positive attitude towards learning and developing
- Strong work ethic and good ability to multi-task
- Willingness to grow and learn
- Certificate 3 in dental assisting is preferred but not essential

We have A Full-Time Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist position available, or a Part-Time with potential for full time in the future, days and hours of work can be further discussed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental Assisting/Reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
