About Us

We are a cosmetic dental practice with two modern clinics in South and South-East Sydney, both with parking and excellent public transport access.

We seek too redefine the dental experience by blending clinical precision with comfort and calm — where patients feel cared for, not just treated, and our team find pride in delivering wellness through dentistry.

Our focus includes cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants, and care for anxious patients through our calming, spa-like experience and use of IV sedation.

We proudly care for a diverse and friendly patient base — including a strong Irish community — creating a welcoming environment where our team and patients feel right at home.

The Role

This role is suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, values structure, and is motivated by feedback and growth. We need a resilient person who wants to be great — someone who welcomes on-the-go training and coaching as part of their development, rather than taking it personally.

As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a central role in helping our dentists deliver outstanding patient experiences. In this role you will:

  • Provide chairside assistance across cosmetic, orthodontic, implant, and sedation procedures.
  • Manage sterilisation and infection control protocols.
  • Assist with in-house lab work, including bleaching trays, retainers, and occlusal splints.
  • Learn and contribute to advanced workflows, such as 3D model design, 3D printing, and fixed retainer bending.
  • Coordinate with external laboratories when required.
  • Ensure smooth communication between reception and clinical teams.
  • Support stock control and assist with ordering.
