Join our team as a Workers' Compensation Case Management Specialist. In this frontline role, you'll manage a portfolio of 60–65 specialised claims from allocation to finalisation, delivering exceptional service to insured clients and stakeholders. You'll play a pivotal role in injury management, supporting optimal return-to-work outcomes that benefit injured workers, policyholders, and CGU. With financial oversight of high-value claims, you'll collaborate with underwriters and lead regular claim reviews to ensure compliance and reserving accuracy. What You'll Do
• Manage a portfolio of 60–65 specialised Workers' Compensation claims from allocation to finalisation
• Deliver exceptional customer service to insured clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
• Drive injury management strategies to support optimal return-to-work outcomes
• Conduct regular claim reviews to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory KPIs
• Conduct visits with brokers, employers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with underwriters to support policy retention and accurate reserving
• Monitor financial performance of high-value claims to mitigate portfolio risk
What You'll Bring
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Workers' Compensation claims management
• Strong understanding of injury management and return-to-work strategies
• Proven ability to manage complex claims, including court matters and solicitor engagement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail with strong financial and reserving acumen
• Resilience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment
