We're Hiring: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Melbourne CBD {Hybrid Work}

Duration : Initial 4 months contract

Are you a systems thinker with a passion for Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration?

We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team and help shape innovative, user-centric solutions. it is an initial 4 months contract based on our client site in Melbourne CBD

What You'll Do

  • Analyse and design system solutions.
  • Deliver Agile business and functional analysis services across cross-functional teams.
  • Document requirements through user stories, wireframes, and mock-ups.
  • Facilitate discussions and negotiate with stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
  • Lead workshops and engage directly with solution stakeholders.
  • Map and re-engineer business processes (as-is / to-be).
  • Coordinate and document meetings, agendas, and minutes.
  • Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interviews and surveys.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in system solution analysis .
  • Previous experience working in Healthcare Sector, including:
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Patient Records Management

  • Pharmaceutical Records and Compliance Systems

  • Strong background in Agile delivery and functional documentation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, workshop facilitation, and project coordination.
